These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Catvideo, including the Catvideo website, web app, mobile apps, and API. Catvideo is a social media scheduling and cross-posting service and is part of the FreeSurf family of tools. By using Catvideo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Other FreeSurf products may have their own terms.
Catvideo lets you connect social media accounts and create, schedule, and publish content to those accounts. Catvideo may use direct platform integrations or third-party providers to deliver the service. Features, supported platforms, and limits may change over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Catvideo. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you use Catvideo for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you connect a social account, you authorize Catvideo and its service providers to access account data and to publish or schedule content on your behalf at your direction. You must comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform.
Social platforms are third parties. They may change their APIs, reject content, limit reach, restrict features, suspend accounts, or charge fees. We do not control those platforms, are not responsible for their actions, and do not guarantee that a post will be published, delivered, or remain available. Catvideo is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social platform.
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Catvideo. You grant Catvideo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the service and publish it to the accounts you select.
You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish your content, including any music, images, video, or other material. You are responsible for your content and for complying with the rules of each platform you post to.

Catvideo is free to use. Some platforms charge for posting or reading data — X, for example, charges per post and per metric read. We pass those platform fees through at cost and may require prepaid credits to cover them. Fees and credit requirements may change as platform pricing changes.
Posting credits are non-transferable and may be used only for the Catvideo account that purchased them. Except where required by law, credits are non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
Catvideo relies on third-party services, including Supabase, Cloudflare, Bundle.social, Stripe, and the social networks you connect. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, availability, or practices of third-party services.
If you use the Catvideo API, you are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity under them. We may impose rate limits, usage limits, or other technical restrictions. You may not use the API to abuse the service, evade fees, infringe rights, or violate platform terms.
You may stop using Catvideo at any time and disconnect your social accounts. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create legal or security risk, or if required by law. We may also discontinue features or the service as a whole.
Catvideo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Catvideo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any post will be delivered or remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost reach, or platform actions. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to Catvideo is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catvideo, Planting Moon LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of Catvideo, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the paragraph below, you and Catvideo agree to resolve disputes through final and binding individual arbitration, and each waives the right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class or representative action.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@freesurf.tools within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, or if the arbitration provision is found unenforceable, disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to venue there.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, or from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Continued use of Catvideo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
